Refund policy

• Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• Slight color variations of sarees are expected due to lighting and photography. Threads pulls are expected in sarees and are not considered as a damage. These scenarios aren't considered for return or exchange.

• Only if you receive a wrong product or if the product is in damage condition, you can exchange it.

• To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• You have to e-mail / WhatsApp us with proper video of the product unboxing within 24 hours to accept your exchange.
